Ben Norris accounted for both Red Knight goals in his Red Knight debut.

ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn. -- Ben Norris scored both Benilde-St. Margaret's goals and Brennan Chapman made them stand up for a victory, turning in a 26-save performance in his first game with the Red Knights, in BSM's 2-0 win over St. Michael-Albertville.

It wasn't until their 22nd shot on goal of the game that the hosts finally got on the scoreboard as Norris converted an A.J. Pauly feed with 66 seconds remaining in the second period.

Chapman had to work to maintain that 1-0 lead for the Red Knights, making eight saves in the final period.

BSM finally put the game away with three seconds to play when Norris took a pass from Nick Graczyk and got behind the Knights' defense to score into an empty net with three seconds to play in the game. Ryan Baird also added an assist on the goal.

Next up for the Red Knights is Saturday's 12:30 p.m. Metro West Conference opener versus Bloomington Jefferson at the St. Louis Park Rec Center.

Brennan Chapman turned in a 26-save shutout in his first game as a Red Knight.
