Benilde-St. Margaret's finished off its seventh consecutive North Suburban Conference title by garnering a 5-0 win at Chisago Lakes to cap off a 10-0-0 league campaign.
The Red Knights dominated the game, outshooting the Wildcats, 53-9. That margin included a 19-4 advantage in the opening period as BSM jumped out to a 3-0 lead.

Grant Besse's power-play goal midway through the second period was the only goal of the middle frame, despite a 17-4 shots on goal advantage and Christian Horn finished the scoring at 2:11 of the final period.
Justin Quale faced just nine shots to post his second consecutive shutout. Over his last four appearances, spanning 170 minutes, he has allowed just one goal, stopping 51 of 52 shots.
BSM returns to action for its regular-season finale in a Saturday matinee against Stillwater. The opening faceoff at the St. Louis Park Recreation Center is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
