BSM and SLP skated to 3-3 overtime tie.

Riley Shannon put the Red Knights on the scoreboard just 3:21 into the game.

ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn. -- Johnny Raymond score twice for Benilde-St. Margaret's, but St. Louis Park's Tyler Hess scored his second of the game with one, 37 seconds to play in regulation and the two teams skated to a 3-3 overtime tie.

The Orioles got on the scoreboard first, just 2:59 into the contest, but Riley Shannon scored just 22 seconds later to tie the score.

It would take just over 17 minutes to Raymond's power-play to but his team up, 2-1.

The game would head into third period with the Red Knights holding that one-goal lead, before Hess sandwiched his two goals Raymond's second.

Hess' latter goal game with an extra attacker on the ice and sent the game into overtime, where the teams skated through a five-minute stanza.

Along with Raymond's two goals, Connor Timmins chipped in with a pair of assists.

BSM returns to action, Thursday, for a 5 p.m. game versus Eden Prairie at the Eden Prairie Community Center.
