Christian Horn scored the game's first goal, added a second-period power-play tally and assisted on another as the United State Select 17 Team defeated Germany, 9-6, in the final game of the Five Nations Tournament in Fussen, Germany.
Horn's second goal of the tournament came just two minutes, 17 seconds into the contest, giving the U.S. a 1-0 lead.
Alex Gacek, whose rebound Horn pounced for his first goal, scored off a pass from his linemate 2:15 into the second period.
Horn's third goal, and fourth point, of the tournament came on the power play with just 34 seconds remaining in the second period.
A sophomore at BSM in 2009-10, Horn helped lead the U.S. to a 2-2 record and a third-place finish in the tournament.
