Benilde-St. Margaret's Boys' Hockey

The JV Red Knights scoring woes continued against Moorhead Friday night.  The Red Knights lost 1 - 0 in game that was mostly dominated by BSM.  The team again out shot their opponent 34 - 17.  Anders Jecha gave BSM a chance with his 16 saves, however the offensive opportunities were not able to be capitalized on.

“Moorhead was a good test for us.  They are a fast and physical team with a solid goaltender.  While the loss was difficult to take, playing a team like this reminds us that we can never be content with where we are at.  This tells us that we need to continue to work harder than ever.”
