13 players were in the scoring column in rout of St. Louis Park

The Red Knights bombarded a pair of Oriole goaltenders with 60 shots in route to a 12 - 0 blowout win.  St. Louis Park only managed to put 4 shots on BSM net minder Isaac Melin, the first of which came several minutes into the second period.  The fireworks started almost from the drop of the puck in the first period.  Chris Flood scored the first of his 2 goals in the period just 24 seconds into the game with Michael Blessing on the assist.  Other goal scorers in the period were Robert Papetti, who had a hat trick on the night, Seth Chumley, and Dominic Burg.  Players with assists in the period were Sam Mogenson, Ned Nelson, Tyler Ellegard, Vince Beacom (with 2), and Taylor Topousis.

The onslaught continued in the second period with BSM adding another 4 goals to their already 5 - 0 first period lead.  Goal scorers in the period were Robert Papetti, Gabe MacDonald, Vince Beacom, and Joe Haselman.  Assists went to Joe Haselman, Chris Flood (with 2), Sam Mogenson, Dominic Burg, and Robert Papetti.  The Red Knights took a 9 - 0 lead into the third period.

With running time in the third period, BSM was still able to add 3 more goals from Robert Papetti, Sam Mogenson, and Taylor Topousis.  Chris Flood, Ryan Lawyer, and Sam Mogenson had assists in the period.   BSM is still unbeaten against North Suburban Conference teams.

On Thursday, the Red Knights will take on Shattuck St. Mary's U16 team.  They will present a great challenge to the JV team.
