Hickok power-play goal proves to be difference.

Chris Hickok's power-play goal with five minutes, 12 seconds to play in the game snapped a tie and gave Benilde-St. Margaret's a 4-3 win at Stillwater.

The Ponies had tied the game on a short-handed goal by Austin Litchke at 7:18 of the final period before Hickok's blast from the top of the slot was the Red Knights' second power-play tally of the game.

Joe Haselman's power-play goal at 7:56 of the second period had given BSM a 3-2 lead and came less than two minutes after Bobby Papetti had tied the score.

Joey Winter opened the scoring at 5:55 of the first period when the Red Knights were making a line change. He carried the puck up the right side, cut to the net and scored his eighth goal of the season.

Outshot, 28-25, the Red Knights got a 25-save performance from Paul Lundberg, who earned his ninth win of the season.

BSM closes out the 2010-11 season when they take on Duluth East in a President's Day matinee. The teams are slated to meet, Monday, beginning at 12 p.m. at the Heritage Sports Center.
